Above Audio
Above Audio has opened its doors to fill a niche in Brighton's entertainment scene.  The venue is a stylish yet comfortable late night bar open til 1am during the week and 2am at weekends offering an ideal space to carry on your socialising in a quieter environment if you don't feel like going clubbing.

The venue Above Audio combines traditional comfort with contemporary décor.  A variety of spaces within spaces you can take your choice from warm, appealing sofas, inviting dining tables or the Tiki bar vibe of the heated outdoor terrace space.

Above Audio offers great food, contemporary cocktails premium lager, ale and spirit brands, a heated sun terrace, free WiFi internet access, Hi Fi sound and a digital jukebox all in a fully air conditioned, contemporarily designed, unique space.

The creative forces behind Audio stripped back and completely redesigned the building to create an innovative & exciting new venue.  The design concept of the venue has been created and developed by Red Design (www.red-design.co.uk) who have worked with the management on all aspects of the visual identity. The club houses an excellent DJ console which drives a bespoke sound system acoustically tuned to perfectly compliment the dancefloor and to cater equally for live and DJ driven events. 

Over the fast few months Audio has been carving its place at the forefront of Brighton's clubbing scene.  The venue hosts an eclectic mix of events all guided by the knowledgable hands of the in-house promotions team Stompa Phunk.  Alongside Brighton's most successful labels and promoters Stompa Phunk, Catskills and Against The Grain (see editor's notes) you can also be entertained by the likes of Positive Sounds, Disko not Disko, Horn Dog, Chaos Rocks as well as a whole host of artists and promoters from Brighton and beyond.
